Process

Quantum’s methodology is driven by an in-depth analysis of the ideal blend of skill, talent and experience which requires discernment, balance, foresight and objectivity.

Define the Role

 

  • Engage with stakeholders to define the company story, as well as compelling attributes regarding its leadership and culture.
  •  

  • Draft a description of the position in need of hiring, detailing its reporting relationships, responsibilities, and objectives.
  •  

  • Architect candidate specification document including core competencies, preferred experience, and soft skills.

Strategy + Process

 

  • Identify target individuals, commence sourcing and forward position profile where appropriate.
  •  

  • Review and initial calibration is conducted as early as 7-10 days. This provides early feedback and ensures further alignment with our client.
  •  

  • Provide weekly updates to client throughout entire sourcing process.

Screening + Interviewing

 

  • Determine top prospects, then interview, assess and present the best potentials for consideration. We prepare detailed candidate summaries and help set and organize meetings.
  •  

  • Coordinate candidate meetings and interviews with client (either in-person or virtual).
  •  

  • Conduct debrief evaluations with the interview team and candidates.

Next Steps + Offer + Follow-Up

 

  • Narrow top candidates and make recommendations to the client.
  •  

  • Ensure candidate background and reference checks are conducted appropriately.
  •  

  • Work with client on negotiating offer, candidate acceptance and establish start date.
  •  

  • Follow up at sixty (60) days and throughout the first year with both client and hire.
