How one Executive Search firm chooses to create positivity in a challenging world

Like you, we are concerned with the level of negativity in today’s world and would like create a positive vehicle to help others in need. There are many outstanding non-profit organizations that do a lot of good for others, but struggle each year to generate the funding to complete their mission. Add in the challenges of this past year and one can imagine how difficult it has become for many non-profits to survive.

We also know that a lot of client companies either individually or as an organization donate their time and money to worthy causes, but many times want to do more. We work with many clients that help stock food shelves, build homes, support children’s research hospitals, etc. I myself have enjoyed giving back to my brother’s group home system which provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. 

We see an opportunity for partnership towards a common cause – and our firm wants to contribute as well and help the charitable organizations that are important to our clients. Therefore, for any new client where we conduct a qualifying search, we will donate $1,000 to a non-profit organization of their choice. 

Our goal is to create a win-win search partnership and also provide donations to the charitable organizations of our client’s choice – its our way of helping our clients benefit the communities that we all live and serve in.
